Our Chairman, Mr. Surendra Dahal – Senior Manager at Bansbari Shoe Factory (1964–1984), played a pioneering role in Nepal's footwear industry.

• 1964 – China: Education & training on Leather Technology
• 1968 – China: Education & training on Footwear Technology
• 1976 – U.K – Nene College, Northampton: Curing and preservation of raw hide
• Clarks Shoes: Scientific leather measurement, production planning, and shoe testing methodologies
• 1978 – Czech Republic - SVIT Gottwaldov: Product development & quality control
• BATA Shoes: Product design, operations, packaging, and marketing strategies
• 1980: Senior expert of Footwear - Economic Service Center
• 1985: Founded Leather Wings – Nepal's first private shoe company
• 1991: Founding President of the Footwear Manufacturing Association of Nepal (FMAN)
• 2015: Launched Nepal's first online footwear shopping solution
• Participated in international trade fairs: France, U.K, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and more.
